    Please review the application brochure and download the required submission documents.

  2. STEP 02

    Submit Application (Email)

    Please complete the application form and submit it via email.

  3. STEP 03

    Organizer Review

    Upon reviewing your application, we will send you the guide and quotation.

  4. STEP 04

    Deposit Payment

    Please pay 50% of the contract amount as a deposit within 7 days of application

  5. STEP 05

    Balance Payment

    Please settle the remaining balance 30 days prior to the exhibition.

  6. STEP 06

    Booth Allocation

    Booth locations within the exhibition hall will be finalized, and the exhibition will commence.
